Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note although we cover the duties and taxes to ensure your product gets to you as quick as possible we are unable to do this for all countires where these costs are prohibitive.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1 business day for United Kingdom and for Overseas and Europe it will take 2-7 days for orders to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You should recieve an email from both our carrier and ourselves where you would be able to customise how we deliver to you.

We use DHL as our shipping agent for the large items, for small items such as the Bluetooth dongle, if purchased on its own will be sent via the British postal service.

As all shipments are tracked and signed for, it is extremely important to be able to receive the product. If this is not possible please could you arrange alternative delivery time via the carrier website.

When you need to return a product we will collect it from you, please do this via our contact us page, we will endeavour to resolve this within 7 days. Please note to recieve a full refund, the product will need to be in the original packaging, all acessories and with the protective films intact.
